The Venue for PHYSCHEM2016 will be the University of Canterbury. The Conference will be held in the Jack Mann Auditorium on the Dovedale Campus, off Waimarie Road, Christchurch. 

Founded in 1873 by scholars from Oxford and Cambridge universities, Canterbury University moved to its current campus in Ilam in the 1970s, from what is now the Christchurch Arts centre precinct of heritage buildings.
